Celebration~~~

I got my results on the 16th of October...it's happy news! Some of us went to Congee Wong that night to celebrate and then Destiny for drinks after. We were all so relieved!

so there were some things I needed to get cuz now I'm officially full-time.

soooo...the next day (October 17) some of us girls decided to go to Fairview Mall to shop for some clothes for convocation...it was an absolute failure. In the end, we came out empty handed...I bought shoes for convocation but today (which was convocation day: October 24) I decided to not wear them and return them...so I'm not going to bother posting a picture of those shoes.

Dinner we had that night at Gal Sushi!


Dessert...Deep fried milk custard! My love...and it makes me happy whenever I eat it. The place is somewhere at FMP...

The next day (October 18) I went shopping with my mom...since it was such a failure yesterday...

Shoes I got for work...they're totally not my type of shoes but if you're on your feet all day and sprinting to get your job done...these will have to do. I bought them from SportsChek...for buy 1 get 2nd 50% off...

My mavi jeans! i absolutely love these and they're on sale too...the once in a blue moon sale at Jean Machine. it was 25% off. i was going to get another pair but the guy at the cash made me mad...so i just picked up one pair.

Dinner with Hotaru (October 21) at Seoul restaurant at Ktown...and I got a haircut at Maya...it was a little shorter than what I intended to get...but it'll grow back...slowly.

the 2% drink has Big Bang on it...so i just had to get oneeeeeee! yes I'm a loserrrrrr. I got the one with Daesung! <3

October 22: Pickle Barrel after a tough day at work...we went there, ate and vented about work and everything else...jumbo club sandwich for me and we shared the 6 sampler dessert...delicious!

Last night, went to Ray's house for a friends get together! Fun fun fun! aka. Our Thanksgiving dinner!

Ray and Janis made food...it was great!
main course: chicken leg, carrots + potato on the side...plus lasagna which i don't have a pic...
veggies! janis got them at her school? it's organic! the squash is super yummy!
janis' cranberry sauce from scratch! so good with the chicken + veggies!

There was also crepes at the end...made by the cooking crew...with strawberries, bananas, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and cookies n' cream ice cream. pic will be up as soon as i can connect my other memory card to the computer...

it was a very fun night playing UNO and of course watching scary movies, it never fails...we watched the Grudge: Kuroi Shoujo...(then i found there's another Grudge movie Shiroi Roujo) well, we watched it in simplied chinese subtitles...which most of us can't read...(movie in japanese) and it was lagging at all the scary parts...very funny! (the movie didn't make any sense in the end to us...not that those movies make a lot of sense in the first place...)
then we watched APT, a korean scary movie...scarrrrrry. 9:56pm will forever have a new meaning.

Friday (that just passed...) went to Demetres with tw, jp, xl, and karen. my treat since i got paid.
i made my own...with nutello chip ice cream, bananas, caramello sauce, brownies with a waffle! so goooood. no pic tho...i should've taken one! next time...
went to FMP and picked up a Laneige set...cuz i don't like the etude house toner...i only meant to pick up toner...but since there was this set...

the basic care set...with power essential toner and waterbank essence and some little samples of pretty much the same stuff...

First weekend off. feels so good but so tired at the same time...don't wanna go back...

Day 4 - (no Day 3...)

Day 2's outing. Journey it was! (with hotaru) started out with lunch at Rahier cafe/bakery place. sandwich was so delicious! the bread is definitely really yummy which made the sandwich really good. the cake we got for dessert...Gauguin(?) i think it's called something like that. it's light and not as sweet...not artificial either. really good~~~!

then onto fairview mall...didn't get much...

i was kinda upset at Forever21's service there...bought two things on the F21 website...i wanted to know if i can exchange it at the store even though i probably wouldn't...but no one knew the answer...and when i finally asked someone...they said they probably won't do it for me "today" cuz it was too busy...it's ALWAYS busy there...so they'll never do it for me. TERRIBLE service. i wonder if the downtown location would be better...(aerie didn't have their thursday gift there either! this never happened at the eaton centre...conclusion: fairview sucks!)

the tshirt, i love very much. it has some random words printed on the front. the dress is the heritage 1981 line of theirs...it's a little thin...strapless but it's really cute...i don't know what to wear over it though...since it is strapless...i wanted to see if exchanging for something else is possible...but it seems f21's service isn't the greatest...and i do like it. i guess i'll keep it.

then to jtown...new century plaza...pacific mall...

i tried the blush...i really like it!
although i kinda wish it wasn't as shimmery...and more matte...

had some yummy sushi for dinner at Sapporo Sushi at yonge/finch...but no pics. i devoured the food before i had a chance to take pics of it...oops...next time!

Day 2 - going to go out today! so excited! it's going to be a like a mini tour around Toronto...haha...heading to fairview mall, pacific mall and sushi for dinner with hotaru!
